  • RULE 34. - FUNDS PAID INTO COURT

  • Funds paid into court are not invested unless the clerk is directed in writing to invest the funds by the party on whose behalf the funds are held or by the court.

  • RULE 35. - FAILURE TO POST APPELLATE BOND

  • In any civil case in which a notice of appeal has been filed, if the appellant fails to file a bond as required by Rule 6 of the Tennessee Rules of Appellate Procedure, the trial clerk shall certify such failure to provide an appeal bond to the Court of Appeals in the particular case, The bond is not required if the trial court rules that the appellant is a pauper/indigent and is not required to file the bond.
