RULE 69. EXECUTION; EXAMINATION OF JUDGMENT DEBTOR AND OTHER PERSONS.
Process to enforce a judgment for the payment of money shall be a writ of execution unless the court otherwise directs. The procedure on execution shall be in accordance with the statutes of this state and with the practice followed in the courts of this state. In aid of the judgment or execution the judgment creditor, or his successor in interest when that interest appears of record, may examine any person, including the judgment debtor, in any manner provided by rules or statutes for taking discovery.
